What needed solving
The shop's customers search in two languages and expect an answer in the same breath: what is open now, where exactly, and whether the item they want is made here. A translated template answered none of that.

How it was built

Wrote both language versions as content, not as machine translation, so a Devanagari heading is not just Latin text with a different font.

Set up the Google Business Profile, opening hours, and LocalBusiness schema with the same details as the page.

Built a festival calendar page that gets one edit a year and keeps the site current between them.
(04)
Made the phone number and directions reachable on the first screen, since that is what a local visit ends up needing.

What changed
The shop appears for the searches its neighbourhood actually makes, and the details in the results panel match the site — which is what turns a search into a visit.
